(CNN)-- يتواجه عملاقا المعلوماتية "آبل" و"سامسونغ" الإثنين مجددا أمام القضاء الأمريكي، في جلسة تظهر فيها أيضا شركة "غوغل."

وتخص الشكاوى المقدمة نماذج حديثة الصنع وأكثر مبيعًا، مثل هاتف "آيفون 5" من "آبل" وجهاز "غالاكسي إس 3" من "سامسونغ التي طلبت استدعاء مهندسين من قسم الابتكار في "غوغل" لدعم حججها.

وتبدأ الجلسات الإثنين في محكمة في سان خوسيه في سيليكون فالي بولاية كاليفورنيا، مع اختيار أعضاء لجنة المحلفين. ثم سيمهل كل من الطرفين 25 ساعة لعرض أدلته.

وقالت فايننشال تايمز إنّ "آبل" تطلب تعويضا قدره مليارا دولار. وكانت المجموعتان قد تواجهتا في نفس المحكمة التي فرضت غرامة قاربت مليار دولار العام الماضي على "سامسونغ". كما تتهم  "سامسونغ" منافستها بانتهاك براءاتها الخاصة بتكنولوجيات نقل البيانات والصور والتسجيلات الصوتية وأشرطة فيديو.
