نقدم لك مؤشر فرص عمل الشرق الأوسط لعام 2019:

المهارات والأدوار الوظيفية والمؤهلات الأكاديمية الأكثر طلباً

شملت المهارات الأكثر طلباً في المنطقة لهذا العام: التواصل الجيد باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (63٪)، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق (51٪)، والشخصية والسلوك الجيد (44٪).

أما بالنسبة لأكثر المؤهلات الأكاديمية طلباً من قبل أصحاب العمل في المنطقة، فقد شملت: إدارة الأعمال (29٪)، والهندسة (26٪).

وأشار حوالي 4 من 10 أصحاب العمل ممن ينوون تعيين موظفين جدد، إلى أنهم سيبحثون عن مرشحين يمتلكون خبرة في مجال التسويق والمبيعات (33٪)، بينما سيبحث 31٪ منهم عن موظفين يتمتعون بخبرة متوسطة (من 3 إلى 7 سنوات).

الوظائف المستقبلية

تعد مهارات التواصل الجيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية من أكثر المهارات طلباً من قبل أصحاب العمل في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، إضافة إلى مجموعة من المهارات الأساسية الأخرى مثل العمل ضمن فريق. وشملت الوظائف الأكثر طلباً على أشخاص يمتلكون مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين: تنفيذي مبيعات (23٪)، ومحاسب (19٪)، ومدير مبيعات (16٪)، ومدير مشروع (14٪)، وتنفيذي تسويق (13٪).

وفيما يتعلق بالأدوار الوظيفية التي تتطلع الشركات في دول الخليج لملئها خلال الأشهر الثلاثة المقبلة، فقد شملت: تنفيذي مبيعات (27٪)، ومحاسب (18٪(، ومدير مبيعات (17٪). أما بالنسبة للشركات في بلاد الشام، فالأدوار الوظيفية هي: محاسب (21٪)، وتنفيذي مبيعات (17٪)، ومدير مشروع (14٪)، وفي شمال أفريقيا ومصر: محاسب (21٪)، وتنفيذي مبيعات (18٪)، وحِرَفي (17٪).

وشملت القطاعات التي تنوي توظيف أكبر عدد من الأشخاص خلال الأشهر الثلاثة المقبلة: الموارد البشرية، والإعلان / التسويق / العلاقات العامة، والرعاية الصحية / الخدمات الطبية.

خطط التوظيف على المدى الطويل

يمكن للمرشحين من خلال تسليط الضوء على المهارات المهمة المتمثلة في تعلم وإتقان اللغات، والعمل الجماعي والمهارات الشخصية الأخرى، إثبات قدراتهم على تلبية احتياجات العمل الحالية والمتمثلة في القدرة على التحليل وإنجاز العديد من المهام في الوقت عينه. وتعتبر هذه المهارات ضرورية في القطاعات التي تنوي توظيف أكبر عدد من الأشخاص مثل الموارد البشرية (84٪ يخططون للتوظيف)، والإعلان / التسويق / العلاقات العامة (75٪ يخططون للتوظيف)، والتصنيع (73٪ يخططون للتوظيف)، والضيافة / الترفيه (71٪ يخططون للتوظيف).

وبرز القطاع المالي / المصرفي كأكثر قطاع جاذبية للكفاءات المحلية والخريجين الجدد، في حين برز قطاع الإعلان / التسويق / العلاقات العامة كالأكثر جاذبية للكفاءات النسائية.
