دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) – أعلنت جمارك دبي يوم الاثنين أن قيمة تجارة الذهب والألماس عبر الشحن الجوي بلغت 18.2 مليار دولار خلال الفترة ما بين مارس/ آذار ويونيو/ حزيران من هذا العام.

وكشفت جمارك دبي أن حجم تجارة إمارة دبي من الذهب والألماس بلغت 601.4 طن في هذه الفترة، رغم "الإجراءات الاحترازية العالمية المشددة" التي اتخذت للحد من تفشي فيروس كورونا، ما يشير إلى أهمية دبي كمركز رائد لتجارة الذهب والمجوهرات، بحسب ما ذكرته وكالة الأنباء الإماراتية.

وبلغ عدد العمليات التجارية حوالي 31,590 معاملة من بينها 17,169 عملية استيراد و12,293 عملية تصدير و89 معاملة إعادة تصدير أو ما يعرف بالترانزيت.

ووزعت تجارة الذهب والألماس على حوالي 9.7 مليار دولار استيراد بكمية 428.8 طن، و10.4 مليار دولار تحويل داخل المنطقة الحرة بكمية 877 كيلوغراماً، 128.4 مليون دولار بكمية 2.1 طن لإعادة التصدير، و8 مليار دولار بكمية 161.2 طن للتصدير، و381 مليون دولار بكمية 8.3 طن دخول منطقة حرة.
