هونغ كونغ (CNN)-- سجلت شركة التكنولوجيا Ant Group التي يملكها الملياردير الصيني جاك ما والتي تقف خلف موقع التجارة الإلكترونية العملاق "علي بابا"، الإثنين، أكبر طرح أولي في تاريخ الأسواق المالية بالعالم، متجاوزة اكتتاب شركة النفط السعودية "أرامكو".

وبلغ سعر سهم الشركة 10 دولارات، ما يعني جمعها 34.1 مليار دولار من الطرح الأولي لتصل القيمة الإجمالية للشركة إلى 310 مليارات دولار، بينما جمعت شركة أرامكو السعودية في طرحها الأولي في ديسمبر/ كانون الأول الماضي 29.4 مليار دولار.

وطرحت الشركة أسهمها في إدراج مزدوج في بورصتي هونغ كونغ وشنغهاي، وبلغ سعر السهم في بورصة هونغ كونغ 10.3 دولار وفي بورصة شنغهاي 10.1 دولار.

وتمثل الأسهم المطروحة في الاكتتاب الأولي 11% من القيمة الإجمالية للشركة، وتم طرح 1.67 مليار سهم بالتساوي بين بورصتي شنغهاي وهونغ كونغ.
