دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) – أعلنت أرامكو يوم الاثنين عن بدء طرح سندات دولية بموجب برنامجها للسندات الدولية متوسطة الأجل.

وأوضحت عملاق النفط السعودي، في بيان نشر على السوق السعودية "تداول"، إن السندات ستصدر ابتداء من 16 نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني بالدولار الأمريكي، وستكون ذات أولوية وغير مضمونة بأصول قيمة الطرح. وستحدد قيمة الطرح وفقاً لظروف السوق.

وذكر البيان أن شركة أرامكو عينت "جي بي مورغان" و"مورغان ستانلي" و"سيتي غروب" و"غولدمان ساكس" و"HSBC" و"الأهلي المالية" كالجهات المسؤولة عن الإصدار.

وسيحدد الحد الأدنى للاكتتاب عند 200 ألف دولار، بمضاعفات لا يتعدّى كل منها 1,000 دولار فيما يتجاوز ذلك، حسب ظروف السوق، وفقاً للبيان.

كما سيتم تقديم طلب لقبول السندات في القائمة الرسمية لهيئة السلوك المالي البريطانية وسوق الأوراق المالية بلندن والسوق المالية المنتظمة في لندن.
