يملك الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، رئيس مجلس الوزراء وحاكم دبي، يخت "دبي" والذي يبلغ حجمه 158 متراً. ويتضمن قاعة سينما وناديين إحداهما ليلي والآخر رياضي، وطائرة هليكوبتر وغواصة. ويتسع اليخت لـ24 ضيفاً.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) -- أشار تقرير الثروة لعام 2016 الصادر عن وكالة العقارات "نايت فرانك" في لندن، أن بيع اليخوت التي يزيد حجمها عن 24 متراً ارتفع بنسبة 40 في المائة.

وأظهرت التقارير تحولاً في نمط الحياة في ظل زيادة المبيعات، إذ تحولت وجهات الإبحار من تلك الرحلات التقليدية إلى البحر الأبيض المتوسط ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي إلى ملاذات أقل شعبية في آسيا والقارة القطبية الجنوبية.

وأفاد تقرير من سماسرة اليخوت كامبر ونيكلسون الدولية، أن أكثر من 450 يختاً عملاقاً بيع في العام 2015، بمجموع كلفة بلغ أكثر من ثلاثة مليارات دولار.
