دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN)—تداول نشطاء على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، صورا لتمثال يجسد اللواء قاسم سليماني، القائد السابق لفيلق القدس التابع للحرس الثوري الإيراني، ملقين الضوء على "شكله الغريب".

وأعاد صاحب حساب Mike نشر الصورة على صفحته بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تويتر، بتعليق قال فيه: "سبونج قاسم سليماني سكوير بانتس (في إشارة على شخصية سبونج بوب سكوير بانتس الكرتونية) في بندر أنزلي، الإيرانيون ينصبون تمثالا طوله 15 قدما لقاسم سليماني، بالنسبة للأطفال وفقا لما يتداوله المحليون.."

من جهتها نشرت الإعلامية الإيرانية، Masih Alinejad، الصورة بتعليق قالت فيه: "تمثال جديد لقاسم سليماني في بندر أنزلي، شمال إيران، المنطقة ذاتها التي لا نزال نستلم فيها تقارير تكسر القلب لأشخاص يعانون من فيروس كورونا ويمنعون عن المساعدات الطبية ويتمددون بشوارع إيران".

ويذكر أن قاسم سليماني قتل في عملية أمريكية قرب مطار بغداد الدولي إلى جانب أبومهدي المهندس، نائب رئيس الحشد الشعبي في العراق والذي كان يرافقه في 2 يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي.
