تقرير "تجميد أصول سعد الجبري بعد دعوى رفعتها السعودية" يثير تفاعلا

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN)—نشرت صحيفة وول ستريت جورنال، الأربعاء، تقريرا بأن القضاء الكندي أمر بتجميد أصول المستشار الأمني السعودي السابق سعد الجبري بعد دعوى اختلاس رفعتها شركة "تحكم" المملوكة لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي ضده، الأمر الذي أثار تفاعلا واسعا بين نشطاء على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

وحاولت CNN بالعربية التواصل مع شركة "تحكم" والتواصل مع صندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي للحصول على تعليق دون رد حتى كتابة هذا التقرير.

وتناقلت صحف ووسائل إعلام سعودية بصورة واسعة ما نشرته وول ستريت جورنال، حيث نقلت صحيفة الرياض أن قرار المحكمة الكندية العليا تضمن "الحجز على أمواله وأصوله وحساباته، إلزام المصارف وشركات المحاماة والمحاسبين في كندا وسويسرا وتركيا والإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة بالكشف عن أي سجلات تتعلق بأصول سعد الجبري، كما طلبت مساعدة تلك السلطات القضائية في تلك البلدان لإنفاذ أمر الكشف عن الأصول".

وكان سعد الجبرى، الذي عمل مستشارا لولي العهد السابق الأمير محمد بن نايف، قد أقام دعوى قضائية ضد الأمير محمد بن سلمان و13 سعوديا، وزعم الجبري أنه تم إرسال "فرقة اغتيال" من المملكة إلى كندا "في محاولة للقضاء عليه"، في أكتوبر 2018، بعد أيام فقط من مقتل الإعلامي السعودي جمال خاشقجي "على يد أفراد من نفس المجموعة".
