دبي، الإمارت العربية المتحدة (CNN) – صادقت المحكمة العليا في العراق على نتائج الانتخابات التشريعية خلال جلسة عُقدت الإثنين، وردت دعوى إلغاء نتائجها.

وصودق على نتائج الانتخابات التي شككت بها الفصائل والأحزاب المقربة من إيران، في جلسة للمحكمة الاتحادية العُليا، وفقا لوكالة الأنباء العراقية الرسمية.

ورفضت المحكمة دعوى قُدمت لها من أجل إلغاء نتائج الانتخابات، وفقا للوكالة نفسها.

وكانت قد تصدرت كتلة رجل الدين الشيعي، مقتى الصدر، نتائج الانتخابات البرلمانية العراقية بعد فوزها بـ73 مقعدا بنسبة 22% تقريبا من المقاعد، تلتها كتلة التقدم بزعامة رئيس البرلمان المنحل، محمد الحلبوسي، بـ37 مقعدا.

وحصل ائتلاف "دولة القانون" بزعامة نور المالكي على 33 مقعدا، في حين حصل "تحالف الفتح" الممثل للحشد الشعبي المقرب من إيران على 17 مقعدا بعد تقديمه شكوى مدعيا وجود تزوير بالانتخابات، مقابل 48 مقعدا كانت له في البرلمان الماضي.

وشهدت شوارع العاصمة العراقية، بغداد، احتجاجات على مدار شهرين من جانب مناصري الأحزاب المقربة من إيران والتي اعترضت على نتائج الانتخابات واصفة إياها بغير الشرعية.
