دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) – سجلت السعودية، الاحد، 1088 إصابة جديدة بفيروس كورونا المستجد، و5 وفيات جديدة جراء هذا المرض، في حين بلغ عدد حالات الشفاء الجديدة 69.

وأعلن المتحدث باسم وزارة الصحة السعودية عن تسجيل 1088 حالة جاءت نتائج فحوصاتها إيجابية بفيروس كورونا، ليبلغ إجمالي عدد الحالات المسجلة في البلاد منذ بدء تفشي المرض 9362 حالة.

وذكر المتحدث باسم الصحة أن 17% من الحالات الجديدة المسجلة من السعوديين في حين أن 83% منها تعود لأشخاص غير سعوديين يعيشون في المملكة.

وأشار المتحدث باسم الصحة السعودية إلى أن المملكة سجلت 5 حالات وفاة جديدة جراء هذا الفيروس، ليبلغ إجمالي الوفيات في البلاد 97.

وأما عن حالات الشفاء، فتعافى 69 شخصا من المرض، ليصل إجمالي عدد الحالات التي شُفيت من كورونا في السعودية 1398 حتى 19 إبريل/نيسان الجاري.  

وأكد المتحدث باسم الصحة السعودية أن إجمالي الفحوصات التي يجريها القطاع الصحي في المملكة في إطار المسح النشط للكشف عن الإصابات بالفيروس ارتفع إلى 180 ألف فحص.
