أتلانتا، الولايات المتحدة (CNN)-- أعلن رئيس الوزراء الهولندي، مارك روته، في مؤتمر صحفي متلفز يوم السبت، أن هولندا ستفرض إغلاقًا صارمًا جديدًا اعتبارًا من الخامسة من صباح غدٍ الأحد بالتوقيت المحلي، للحد من انتشار متغير فيروس كورونا (أوميكرون).

ستقتصر التجمعات الداخلية على ضيفين كحد أقصى حتى 14 يناير/ كانون الثاني، باستثناء عيد الميلاد ورأس السنة الجديدة، حيث سيتم تمديد ذلك إلى أربعة ضيوف، وفقًا لـ RTL News.

وأفادت RTL أن جميع المدارس والأنشطة اللامنهجية ستغلق أيضًا حتى 9 يناير/ كانون الثاني على الأقل. في اليوم الثالث من الشهر المقبل، سيقرر مجلس الوزراء ما إذا كان يمكن إعادة فتح التعليم بعد اليوم العاشر.
