دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) – شهد ولي العهد السعودي، الأمير محمد بن سلمان، وولي عهد أبوظبي نائب القائد العام للقوات المسلحة الإماراتية، الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان،اليوم الختامي لبطولة "فورومولا إي- الدرعية"، والتي تستضيفها السعودية للمرة الأولى في تاريخها، وقد توج بلقبها البرتغالي أنتونيودا كوستا.

ونشرت وكالة الأنباء السعودية (واس) صورا لولي العهد السعودي وهو يلتقط صورا مع الجماهير ويتحدث مع اللجنة المنظمة للبطولة التي أقيمت في منطقة الدرعية في العاصمة السعودية، الرياض.

وقد شارك في اليوم الختامي للبطولة 22 متسابقا مثلوا 11 فريقا عالميا، وتوج دا كوستا باللقب، في حين جاء جون إيريك فيرني بالمركز الثاني وجيروم دابروسيو في المركز الثالث.

وحصدت هذه البطولة اهتمام الشارع الرياضي السعودي، وذلك بسبب إقامتها للمرة الأولى في المملكة، كما أنها قد تفتح المجال أمام إقامة حلبة لسيارات الفورمولا في السعودية، قد تكون قادرة على استضافة بطولات "الفورمولا ون" في المستقبل.
