دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN)— تتوجه أنظار عشاق كرة القدم إلى المباراة المرتقبة التي ستجمع منتخبي الإمارات وقطر، الثلاثاء، بالدور نصف النهائي لكأس آسيا 2019، الأمر الذي أثار تفاعلات واسعة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، بين من بدأ بـ"تسييس" هذا الحدث الرياضي وبين من عبّر عن أمله بأن يكون اللقاء تجسيدا "لعلاقات الأخوة الخليجية".  

النائب الكويتي، وليد الطبطبائي عبّر عن سعادته بنتائج منتخبي الإمارات وقطر الأخيرين وتغلبهما على كوريا الجنوبية وأستراليا، حيث قال في تغريدة على صفحته بتويتر: "فوز قطر والامارات وتغلبهما على كوريا واستراليا على التوالي أمر يسعد كل شعب الخليج.. ونتمنى ان تكون مباراتهما في نصف النهائي مثالا للأخوة الخليجية وان تعكس النهضة الرياضية في الخليج وقبلها تعكس اخلاق أهل الخليج ومحبتهم لبعض بعيدا عما يثيره الاعلام هنا وهناك من هجوم متبادل!!".
