دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) -- أعلنت وزارة الرياضة السعودية رصد مكافأة ثمينة للاعبي المنتخب الأوليمبي السعودي، مساء الأحد، بعد التتويج بلقب كأس آسيا تحت 23 عامًا، على حساب منتخب أوزبكستان.

ونشرت وزارة الرياضة عبر حسابها في تويتر: "‏سمو وزير الرياضة الأمير عبد العزيز بن تركي الفيصل يوجه بتقديم مكافأة مالية قدرها مليون ريال (266 ألف دولار) لكل لاعب من لاعبي المنتخب السعودي (تحت 23 عاماً) ومدربهم الوطني بعد تحقيقهم كأس آسيا 2022".

وبارك وزير الرياضة عبد العزيز بن تركي الفيصل للكرة السعودية وللقيادة الحاكمة بالإنجاز، إذ تحقّق اللقب للمرة الأولى في تاريخ المنتخب السعودي.

وغرّد الأمير عبد العزيز بن تركي الفيصل: "‏أرفع خالص التهاني لمقام مولاي خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو سيدي ولي العهد بمناسبة تحقيق منتخبنا الأولمبي بطولة كأس آسيا 2022".

وأضاف: "أبارك لأخي ياسر المسحل وللأعضاء مبروك لوطننا الغالي ولأبطالنا والجهازين الفني والإداري كلنا فخر بما حققتم".

ويشار إلى أن منتخب السعودية حصد اللقب كأول منتخب يفعل ذلك بشباك نظيفة ودون تلقي أيّ هزيمة، ويُعتبر الأخضر صاحب أقوى خط دفاع وخط هجوم في البطولة الآسيوية في نسخة 2022.
