دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) -- قررت لجنة الانضباط في الاتحاد القطري لكرة القدم، الأربعاء، فرض عقوبة صارمة على رئيس نادي الوكرة، خليفة بن حسن آل ثاني، على خلفية الأحداث التي شهدتها مباراة فريقه مع نادي السد، الأحد الماضي.

وكان رئيس نادي الوكرة قد اعترض على قرار حكم المباراة، عبد الرحمن الجاسم، باحتساب ركلة جزاء لصالح نادي السد عند الدقيقة 64، قبل أن يدخل أرض الملعب ويتسبب في إيقاف المباراة لبعض الدقائق.

ونشر الاتحاد القطري العقوبات الصادرة عن لجنة الانضباط عبر حسابه على منصة إكس (تويتر سابقًا)، وجاء فيها: "إيقاف الشيخ/خليفة بن حسن آل ثاني - رئيس نادي الوكرة لمدة ستة أشهر اعتباراً من تاريخ 2024/2/28 ولغاية 2024/8/27، والمنع من دخول الاستادات وغرامة مالية وقدرها 100 ألف ريال قطري (27.5 ألف دولار)".

وأوضح الاتحاد القطري أن هذه العقوبة بسبب "التصريحات الإعلامية ومخالفة المبادئ العامة للسلوك الرياضي في مباراة نادي الوكرة ونادي السد بتاريخ 2024/2/25".

ويشار إلى أن نادي السد قد أهدر ركلة الجزاء التي نفذها أكرم عفيف، لتنتهي المباراة بالتعادل السلبي، ضمن منافسات الجولة 14 من  الدوري القطري.
