نيويورك، الولايات المتحدة الامريكية (CNN)-- قدّم أعضاء مجلس الشيوخ الأمريكي اقتراحاً على برنامج يسمح للناس بالدخول إلى الأنظمة الإلكترونية لوزارة الأمن الداخلي الأمريكية.

وقدم مقترح القانون الديمقراطية ماغي حسن والجمهوري روب بورتمان قانون "Hack DHS Act"، الخميس، ويقوم البرنامج على تقديم جوائز لاختبار مدى سلامة الأنظمة الإلكترونية لوزارة الأمن الداخلي.

البرنامج يعد بمثابة المسابقة للعثور على "مواقع الضعف" أو "bugs" في لغات البرمجة، والتي قد تسمح بتسرب المعلومات أو الاختراق الأمني للمواقع الإلكترونية ولأدوات التواصل، وسيحصل المشاركون بالبرنامج على مبالغ مالية مقابل الكشف عن تلك الأخطاء.

وتعد الوزارة خياراً منطقياً لتطبيق مثل هذه البرامج عليها، بالأخص لأنها مسؤولة عن أمن المواقع الإلكترونية الحكومية والبنى التحتية الحساسة حول البلاد.

وسيحتذي هذا النموذج بالبرنامج الذي قدمته وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية "Hach the Pentagon"، والذي كان الأول من نوعه في الحكومة الفيدرالية عند إطلاقه فبل عام، لتنطلق برامج أخرى بعده باسم "Hack the Army" و"Hack the Airforce". 

ويأتي التركيز على هذه البرامج بالأخص بعد القرصنة الروسية خلال الإنتخابات الأمريكية وبعد الهجوم الخبيث الأخير باسم "WannaCry".
