واُفتتح الفندق خلال يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي، ويقع الفندق في جزيرة نخلة جميرا، ويطل على أبراج المدينة. ويضم المجمع، 6 آلاف و500 غرفة.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) -- تميزت دبي بعلامة فارقة أخرى في العام 2016، إذ تخطى عدد غرفها الفندقية المائة ألف، في ظل وجود المزيد من الخطط لبناء 30 ألف غرفة فندقية، بنهاية العام 2018.

ومن المقرر، أن ينتهي العمل في فندق ومنتجع روزمونت في العام 2018، والذي يتميز بوجود مساحة 75 ألف قدم مربع من الغابات الاصطناعية المطيرة. وصُممت بيئة الغابات الاصطناعية تبعاً لوجود أجهزة استشعار، بحيث يتساقط المطر حول الضيوف. ويُعتبر فندق ومنتجع روزمونت الاحدث في سلسلة الفنادق الاستثنائية والباهظة الكلفة في دبي.
