دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) -- في مساء الجمعة، تحولت أهرامات الجيزة إلى خلفية خلابة لفرقة الروك الأمريكية "ريد هوت تشيلي بيبرز" (Red Hot ChiliPeppers)!

وأحيت فرقة الروك الأمريكية حفلاً موسيقياً في الهواء الطلق مساء الجمعة، في الـ15 من مارس/آذار، وتميز الحفل الموسيقي بموقعه الفريد، إذ أنه لم يُقام في مسرح عادي.

وأدت الفرقة الشهيرة أغانيها عند سفح أهرامات الجيزة على مشارف القاهرة، وهو موقعُ تاريخي يُعتبر من إحدى عجائب الدنيا السبع.

واستهلت الفرقة حفلها بأغنية "Can’t Stop" التي حمست الجمهور، و"Fortune Faded"، ثم أنهوا حفلهم بأغنية "Give It Away".

 وكانت الفرقة قد حمست معجبيها لحفلهم الغنائي عند أهرامات الجيزة خلال إعلان موعد الفعالية في قبل شهرين من حدوثه، وذلك خلال حسابهم الرسمي على "إنستغرام".

ونشر أعضاء فرقة "ريد هوت تشيلي بيبرز" مجموعة من الصور ومقاطع الفيديو لدى مكوثهم في مصر قبل الحفل بعدة أيام، وبيّن بعض أعضاء الفرقة حماسهم  تجاه المعالم الأثرية مثل الأهرامات، وتمثال أبو الهول.

وقام أحد أعضاء الفرقة، تشاد سميث، بتقديم شكره إلى من حضر الحفل مؤخراً، مؤكداً أن "الموسيقى هي حقاً لغة عالمية"، خلال حسابه الرسمي على "إنستغرام".
