أتلانتا، الولايات المتحدة الامريكية (CNN) -- اعتقلت االسلطات الأمريكية اثنين من الأمريكيين في تكساس خلال محاولتهما الانضمام إلى صفوف "داعش" التي يشارك مسلحوها في القتال على جبهتين في سوريا والعراق

وألقي القبض على "مايكل وولفي"، 23 عاما، قبيل سفره من تكساس إلى سوريا عبر أوروبا،  أقر، الجمعة، بذنبه في السعي لتقديم دعم إلى منظمة إرهابية أجنبية.

ويواجه الأمريكي الذي نشأ في مدينة أوستن، والمكنى بـ"افاروق"، عقوبة السجن لمدة 15 عاما، لخططه للانضمام إلى الجهاد بين صفوف "الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام" – داعش_ الدموية.

وتلقى "فاروق" تدريبات عسكرية وبدنية قبل السعي للبحث عمن قد يساعده للسفر بغرض الجهاد في سوريا، ب ووجد ضالته، الذي اتضح لاحقا انه عميل من مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالية "اف بي آي"، حسب الادعاء الأمريكي.

وعلى صعيد مواز، اعتقلت أجهزة مكافحة الإرهاب، راحة أقشيم خان، 23 عاما، وهو من سكان "راوند روك" مطلع يونيو/حزيران الجاري بتهمة دعم الإرهابين.

وتشير لائحة الاتهام ضد خان إلى "تآمره مع آخرين لتجنيد أشخاص للسفر للخارج لدعم نشطة إرهابية تتضمن القيام بالجهاد العنيف خلال الفترة من مطلع 2011 حتى يناير/كانون الثاني 2012.

 وتتحفظ السلطات الفيدرالية على "فاروق" و"خان" حيث مثلا أمام محكمة أوستين الجمعة، ويواجه الاثنان عقوبة بالسجن 15 عامة وغرامة قصوى قدرها ربع مليون دولار، حال إدانتهما
