تونس (CNN)--   صادق مجلس الوزراء التونسي اليوم الجمعة بقصر الحكومة على مشروع قانون المالية لعام 2017 الذي حدد الميزانية في 32 مليار دينار (14,8 مليار دولار) بزيادة 3 مليارات دينار عن ميزانية 2016، متوقعًا أن يصل حجم القروض الأجنبية إلى 2,78 مليار دولار.

وأكد مجلس الوزراء في بيان له أن الحكومة اقترحت تأجيل الزيادة في الأجور بسنة واحدة إذا حقّقت نسبة نمو بـ 3 بالمائة خلال سنة 2017، وأنها لن ترفع أسعار المواد الأساسية ولن ترفع ذلك الدعم.

وتصل النفقات العمومية في الميزانية إلى 6,5 مليار دينار، كما وصلت مصاريف الدعم إلى 2,7 مليار دينار، بينما تبلغ كتلة الأجور 13,7 مليار دينار، ويرغب المشروع في تحقيق نسبة نمو تقدر بـ2,5 في المئة، وحصر نسبة المديونية في 62 بالمئة من الناتج الوطني الخام.

ويتضمن المشروع وفق تصريح للناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة بنودًا لمراجعة سلم الضريبة على الدخل، تجاوبًا مع مطالب عدد من الشركاء الاجتماعيين لأجل للضغط الجبائي على الطبقات الضعيفة والمتوسط، زيادة على إحداث سلك الشرطة الجبائية الذي سيعمل على تسهيل استخلاص أموال الدولة من المتهربين من الضرائب.

واعتبرت الحكومة أنها اختارت من خلال المشروع "المواصلة في دفع مسار التنمية والاستثمار من خلال عدد من الإجراءات الرامية إلى الترفيع في ميزانية التنمية وخلق مواطن شغل جديدة وتحسين المقدرة الشرائية للمواطنين، مع التأكيد على أهمية موضوع التشغيل".
