دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN) -- حازت "كاثي باسيفيك" على لقب أفضل شركة طيران في العالم في حفل توزيع الجوائز في معرض فارنبورو الدولي للطيران، الثلاثاء.

وصوّت الملايين من المسافرين على النتيجة. وقال المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة "سكاي تراكس" ادوارد بليستد: "من بين جميع البائعين، اعتبرت كاثي باسيفيك الأفضل في الآداء في جميع أنواع رحلات الطيران،" مضيفاً أن "بعض الطائرات كانت جيدة في الاقتصاد، والبعض الآخر في الترف، لكنها كانت بالقرب من المرتبة الأولى في جميع الفئات."

واحتلت الخطوط الجوية القطرية المرتبة الثانية بين شركات الطيران العالمية، بينما تراجعت شركة "طيران الامارات" من المرتبة الأولى في العام الماضي إلى المركز الرابع في ترتيب العام الحالي. كذلك، احتلت الخطوط الجوية السنغافورية المرتبة الثالثة في قائمة أفضل شركات الطيران للعام 2014.
