دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN)-- قمل الرأس عبارة عن حشرات صغيرة تعيش وتتكاثر وتتغذى على فروة رأس الإنسان، وتنتقل من خلال الاتصال المباشر.

أشار موقع "betterhealth" الأسترالي، إلى أنه في حال الشك بتعرض الشخص لقمل الرأس، يجب عندها فحص الشعر وفروة الرأس عن كثب، للبحث عن بيض قمل الرأس، الذي يتصل بقوة بجذور الشعر.

تتمثل الطريقة الأسهل والأكثر فعالية للعثور على قمل الرأس باستخدام الأسلوب العلاجي بالبلسم والمشط أسبوعيًا. ويشمل ذلك اتباع الخطوات التالية:

  1. وضع بلسم الشعر على الشعر الجاف وغير المتشابك ومن ثم تمشيطه، مما يجعل من الصعب على القمل الإمساك بالشعر أو التنقل عليه.
  2. تمشيط أجزاء الشعر جيدًا باستخدام مشط قمل الرأس بالأسنان الدقيقة.
  3. مسح البلسم من المشط على منشفة ورقية أو منديل.

استخدام مبيدات القمل

إذا كان مبيد القمل على شكل غسول، فإنه يجب تطبيقه على الشعر الجاف. ويجب تبليل الشعر بالنسبة لمنتجات الشامبو، لكن باستخدام أقل قدر ممكن من الماء.

بمجرد الانتهاء من العلاج وفقًا للتعليمات الموجودة على العبوة، يجب تمشيط الشعر مرة أخرى باستخدام مشط قمل الرأس بالأسنان الدقيقة، إذ يساعد ذلك على إزالة البيض الميت والقمل، وربما أي بيض لا يزال حيًا.

يجب توخي هذه الفئات الحذر عند استخدام منتجات علاج قمل الرأس:

  • إذا كنت حاملاً أو أم مرضعة
